Rapid Mixer Granulator

The machine Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG) is using for the granulation of materials

Capacity Available: 10Kg. to 600kg.

Salient Features of RMG is:

1. Mixing blade and chopper easily removable
2. Air purge seal for mixing blade and chopper
3. Pneumatic limit switches on cover and on the guards
4. Pneumatically operated discharge valve
5. In built CIP system
6. Pneumatically operated mixing arm lifting during cleaning

The following steps are used of mixing the material.

1. Mixing of material at a very high impeller & chopper speed for few minutes.
2. Addition of liquid binder by pouring it on the powder while both impeller and chopper are rotating at low speed.
3. Wet mixing with both agitators at high speed.
