• The storage vessels are conical bottom type & others are hemispherical / cylindrical as the case may be. Wax phase & water phase vessels are jacketed insulated and are provided with high speed stirrer
• The manufacturing vessel is working under vacuum and stirring is done by a low speed anchor type contra rotary stirrer & a high speed homogenizer. The processed wax and water / glycol is transferred from manufacturing vessel to the storage vessel pump
• Hydraulic lifting mechanism for top lid of manufacturing vessel eliminates fasteners facilitating visual inspection & cleaning
• All interconnecting pipelines are electro polished internally with DIN / SMC / TC Fittings
