Octagonal Blender

It is designed to process a large volume of material. It facilitates forming a homogeneous final product from two or more dissimilar raw material. It is most ideal for lubrication of granules & homogenization of multiple batches into single batch.

Salient Features.

• Structure made out of SS 304 round pipes. It avoids the sharp edges & flat surfaces, so we can reduce the dust accumulation.
• Contact parts are of SS316Q.
• Food grade silicon gaskets are using bowl structure is properly balanced, positioning of the same is done through proximity sensor / encoder.
• AC frequency drive is using for smooth starting & avoid vibrations. So you can vary the speed of the machine as per the requirement.
• Internal baffles are provided to break the lump.
